WHO WE ARE
Satori Learning Designs helps people achieve their professional and personal effectiveness in an increasingly challenging world, by teaching aggression management techniques. Satori is a Japanese word that means “sudden flash of understanding or enlightenment “. It is what Facilitators say happens in our experiential learning sessions and what we are dedicated to providing.
What we do
We work collaboratively with our clients to provide highly effective skills to prevent and manage aggressive behavior and reduce the chances of workplace violence.
WHY WE DO IT
There are personal and professional situations that can easily escalate out of control. Our clients serve every population, including children and adolescents, people with mental health and intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance abuse and recovery, geriatric populations, hospital patients and their families, law enforcement personnel and those they serve, emigrant detainees, and foster care providers.
We believe with knowledge and training, we help people diffuse potentially dangerous situations for the betterment of all.
Everyone deserves to get their needs met but not at the expense of others.

ABOUT OUR COURSES
Satori Learning Designs presents courses that follow a logical, sequential format that leads the person in crisis from the reactive part of the brain to the reasoning part of the brain to resolve the activating situation.
