When is payment due for my course?

Full payment is required 30 days before the course start date. If payment is not received 21 days before, your spot may be forfeited, and you will need to register for a future session.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic fund transfers. If paying by check, ensure the invoice number is included and mail it to:

What is the refund policy if I cancel my registration?

100% refund if canceled 21+ days before the course start date.
50% refund if canceled 14-20 days before the course start date.
No refund if canceled 13 days or less before the course starts.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes, a different participant can attend in your place. This change can be made up until the course start date with no extra fees.

What happens if I register late?

Late registrations are allowed if space is available. If a course is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. For last-minute registrations, a customized payment plan may be offered.

What if I am on the waiting list?

If moved from the waiting list to an active roster, you must complete full payment within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in losing your seat in the course.

Can I reschedule my course if needed?

Yes, rescheduling is allowed 21+ days before your registered course date. Your full payment will be transferred to the new session at no extra charge.
